Rules and Regulations for the International Backgammon Tournament - Déjà Vu Lounge

General Conditions for Participation
- All participants must be at least 18 years old.
- Participants are required to provide valid identification documents (e.g., passport) for identity verification.
- Only individuals who receive official registration confirmation are eligible to participate in the tournament.
Tournament Rules
- The tournament will be held in person at the designated venue.
- All matches will be conducted according to international backgammon rules.
- Each participant must arrive at the venue at the specified time; delays exceeding 15 minutes will result in forfeiture.
- The use of electronic devices, mobile phones, or assistance software during the game is strictly prohibited.
Professional Conduct
- Participants must respect other participants, referees, and the organizing team.
- Any inappropriate, offensive, or illegal behavior will result in disqualification from the tournament.
- The referees’ decisions are final and cannot be contested.
Content Acceptance and Publication
- By registering, participants grant permission for tournament photos and videos, which may include them, to be published in media or on social networks.
- Participants’ personal information will only be used for organizational purposes and will remain confidential.
Force Majeure
- In the event of circumstances beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, public emergencies, or government regulations), the organizers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the tournament.
- In case of cancellation, the registration fee will be refunded to participants.
- Participant Responsibility
- Participants are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at the venue. The organizers are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
- All participants are required to dress appropriately and respectfully for the venue.
