Last updated: June 2026. These Terms & Conditions apply to visits, table reservations and the online purchase of paid entry tickets of Déjà Vu Lounge Cologne, Zülpicher Str. 17, 50674 Cologne, Germany ("we" / "operator").
1. Scope & provider
These terms apply to all reservations, orders, online tickets and events on our premises and via our website. The provider and contractual partner is the operator of Déjà Vu Lounge Cologne (see Imprint for details).
2. Subject of the contract
Depending on the booking, the subject is a table reservation, attendance of an event (e.g. public viewing, party, special night) and/or the purchase of a paid entry ("ticket") securing a place for the relevant event and the stated number of guests.
3. Online tickets & conclusion of contract
The display of tickets is not a binding offer. By clicking "Book & pay now" you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded once payment is successfully completed and you receive a confirmation with a QR code by email. The details shown during checkout (event, date, number of guests, total incl. VAT) are decisive.
4. Prices & payment
All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT (currently 19%). The total equals the price per person times the chosen number of guests plus VAT and is shown before completing the order. Online payments are processed by our payment provider SumUp. Accepted methods include American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods supported by SumUp.
5. Minimum-spend credit
The entry amount paid is also a minimum-spend credit: it is fully credited towards your food and drinks during the visit. Consumption beyond this is paid separately. Cash payout or transfer of unused credit to another day is excluded.
6. Ticket, QR code & admission
After successful payment you receive a QR code (on the website and by email). One QR code is created per order, valid for the booked number of guests. It is valid only for the specified event, is scanned once at the entrance (invalidated) and cannot be reused. Please have the QR code ready at the entrance. Misuse or multiple use entitles us to refuse admission.
7. Right of withdrawal
For services related to leisure activities provided on a specific date (e.g. admission to a date-bound event), there is no statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g(2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB). By completing the paid order you agree to this.
8. Cancellation, event cancellation & refunds
No refund is granted for no-shows. If the event is cancelled or postponed by the operator, you will be informed; the amount paid will be refunded or, at the guest's choice, used as credit for a replacement date. In cases of force majeure, events may be adjusted or cancelled without claims for damages; paid entries are refunded.
9. Table reservations
Reservations without online payment are binding after our confirmation. After a delay of more than 20 minutes without notice the table may be reassigned. Separate terms may apply to large groups and special events.
10. House rules & youth protection
Staff instructions must be followed. Our house rules apply; admission may be refused, in particular in case of visible intoxication or disruption. A minimum age of 18 applies to shisha and alcohol; valid proof of age may be required.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation and limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. No liability is assumed for cloakroom and personal items as far as legally permissible.
12. Data protection
See our Privacy Policy.
13. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
